Leaked image shows punch-hole design on iPhone 14 Pro
Although there is still about half a year until the official release, we already know a lot about the iPhone 14 series. This upcoming product line is expected to bring some notable design changes.
If the rumors are true, the regular iPhone 14 models will still use the tried and true “Notch” design. However, the Pro variants can have two punch-hole displays, one being circular and the other being pill-shaped. The round hole is meant to house the selfie camera, while the tablet houses the face recognition sensors.
Recently, the image of the glass panel protecting the front of the entire iPhone 14 series was leaked on Weibo – giving us a glimpse of the front design of the new iPhone generation.
According to this image, the Pro models will have thinner bezels, a taller 20:9 aspect ratio instead of 19.5:9. This year’s iPhone lineup is also set to replace the unloved Mini version with the Max version. So users can choose between two different screen sizes (6.1 and 6.7 inches) on both the regular and the Pro model.
Apple usually releases new iPhones every September, and perhaps the iPhone 14 series is no exception.
