The Department of Performing Arts has determined that the above content shows signs of violating the ordinance, which allows “the use of costume, words, sounds, images, movements, means of expression, forms of performance of acts contrary to the law “, Customs and traditions of the nation prohibits , negative impact on morals, community health and social psychology” in Section 4, Article 3 of Decree No. 144/2020/ND-CP of December 14, 2020 of the Government Decree on Activities of performing arts. Therefore, the Performing Arts Department proposes to take immediate action to stop the distribution of this product and request the inspector of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to deal with the behavior of organizations and individuals using this product in circulate. Release audio and video recordings in accordance with the provisions of Government Decree n. 38/2021/ND CP of March 29, 2021 sanctioning administrative offenses in the field of culture and advertising.
