Earlier, according to information from the portal of the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information (under the Ministry of Information and Communications), less than 24 hours after its online release at noon on January 29, Son Tung’s MV “There’s No One At All” was out M-TP was jointly decided by two administrative authorities to stop the distribution and take measures to prevent recording, distribution and distribution. After review, the Department of Performing Arts determined that the performance content of the audio and video recording “There’s No One At All” contained a negative, uneducational message with many scenes of persecution, breaking up, violence and the end of the picture a suicidal character, who had a strong impact on the psychology of the viewer, easily influencing and orienting the negative behavior of society, especially children.

For the above reasons, the Department of Performing Arts has determined that the MV “There’s No One At All” shows signs of violating the ordinance prohibiting “the use of costumes, words, sounds, images, movements and means of expression”. Acts contrary to the good customs and traditions of the nation and having a negative impact on morals, community health and social psychology” in Section 4, Article 3 of Decree No. 144/2020/ND -CP of December 14, 2020 of the government on regulations on performing arts activities. Therefore, immediate action must be taken to stop the circulation of the product.

For the above reasons, the Department of Performing Arts proposed that the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information take action to prevent organizations and individuals from publishing, distributing and disseminating the recordings.
