According to the Southern Regional Hydrometeorological Station, through monitoring satellite cloud imagery, weather radar imagery and lightning positioning, storm clouds are developing heavily and causing rain over most of Ho Chi Minh City with very heavy rain spots. like the city of Thu Duc with a measured rainfall of 90 mm.
